Menlo-Atherton High School STEM and Food Service Buildings
Ground up construction of a new two-story 17,400 sq. ft. STEM Building as and a new single-story 5,030 sq. ft. Food Service Building at Menlo Atherton High School for the Sequoia Unified High School District. STEM Building consists of (4) Science Classrooms, (1) Multi-Use Lab, and (1) Culinary Classroom. Food Service Building consists of high-end kitchen appliances—built and designed for efficient distribution of food to students—and multi-use male and female restrooms.
Palo Alto Fire Station #3
Ground up construction of a new two-story 7,000 sq. ft. drive-thru fire station for the City of Palo Alto after the demolition of an old fire station. Fire Station #3 contains a drive-thru apparatus bay for (2) fire trucks, (4) dorm rooms, (1) dining area, and (1) exercise room.

San Pablo Library
Adaptive renovation of a former Walgreens to a single-story 21,500 sq. ft. library for the City of San Pablo. The San Pablo Library includes services such as community and conference meetings rooms, a café, dedicated spaces for group study, technology, teens, and quiet reading areas.

Santa Clara/Wilcox High School Athletic Fields Renovation
Modernization of existing fields at Santa Clara High School and Wilcox High School for the Santa Clara Unified School District, converting grass fields to synthetic turf fields. Project included the renovation of football fields, baseball fields, and soccer fields.
Holy Cross Church Ground-Up
Ground up construction of new 5,843 square foot Church damaged by a fire. Church is a metal stud framed 35 foot high building with stucco and tile roof. Includes a 673-sf mezzanine and several site improvements with the building’s electrical service upgraded to accommodate increased demand.
East Side Unified High School District Pools
Design Bid Build of new pools for (7) High School Campuses in the East Side Unified High School District. The new pools have a deep-water area for competition programs. Also a peninsula walkway separating the shallow area for physical education. Shallow area can be used for swim practice and recreational swim programs. The pools sizes were increased to accommodate two additional competition lanes. The new pool design meets current high school pool dimensions for competitive swimming, water polo and diving.
Oak Grove High School
The Project consists of the complete renovation of the second floor of the Administration Building. Included removal and replacement of interior finishes, casework, ceilings, paint,
roofing, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and low voltage wiring. Installation of two new exterior stairways, complete landscaping, and upgraded Quad Area for students.
